Who is PeZ (Zez)?

Simply put, an orange gremlin who is quite dangerous.

This is what James Clerk Maxwell had to say about PeZ:

“… if we conceive of a being whose faculties are so sharpened that he can follow every molecule in its course, such a being, whose attributes are as essentially finite as our own, would be able to do what is impossible to us. He will thus, without expenditure of work, raise the temperature of B and lower that of A, in contradiction to the second law of thermodynamics.”

In other words, the being could turn heat into work without causing any other change, which violates the second law of thermodynamics.

Maxwell didn’t know it, but his being was the Zez.

Where does the Zez live?

High atop the tallest mountain in the Punchy Lands—Mount Zezny.

The mountain could look like this:

dreamstime_2433055

But I bet this is a better representation:

dreamstime_17069108

You see, the mountain provides the perfect haven for PeZ, who has an abhorrence for people and somewhat shy and withdrawn nature. (It’s also better for the PL’ers that PeZ stays away.)

What does Zez look like?

PeZ is small—only about six inches tall, but his five scraggly orange hairs, which stick straight up on the top of his head, make him seem a bit taller. He has black oval eyes that are piercing and a very mean expression. His whole body is covered in a thick orange fur that protects him from the cold of the mountains.

Why is PeZ dangerous?

What really makes PeZ scary is his ability to call down the power of any explosive weapon, or noxious gas, on any person at any time, without actually possessing the weapon. How PeZ accomplishes this is unknown, but it is supposed that he can control chemicals and microscopic partials to such a degree that—well, you get the idea: An explosion, no bomb; a poisonous gas, no source. It is quite creepy.

It is also rumored that PeZ is a mastermind, specializing in all sorts of intelligence operations. Some believe that he monitors the whole land on an impressive computer system that he built years ago. Others say that he is an expert clandestine artist, able to get into anywhere and overhear anything he wants. Whether or not these rumors are true is a matter of contention; though the evidence does seem to support them. (It is said that he makes use of ‘PeZ Holes’ which supposedly can transport him to anywhere in the land.)

PeZ has been referred to as a ‘demonic think tank’ by a specific Punchy Lander, and that is probably a rather accurate description. In the past, he has sold illegal weapons to a myriad of miscreants; he is constantly utilizing his mysterious nature and cleverness to further his cause (which is usually not upright); and he is always thinking up new ways to overcome and crush those who oppose him.

In truth, many different rumors surround PeZ, but one thing is for sure: The demonic think tank certainly isn’t beneficial for the land.

Oh I fear I’m so far behind in my reading…. :(

I bet Zez, because of his abilities, fancies himself omniscient. When really he sounds most like an evil mastermind. As opposed to a god.

He sounds both scary, and interesting. And I do like his home….. :) But he doesn’t sound very good for the PL’s! :/

    • 2 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 01:37

Oh don’t worry about it! The PL is here for you whenever you want to drop in.

Yes! Exactly. He’s definitely an evil mastermind.

No, he isn’t! But neither is DS…

  2. 3 Hazy November 14, 2013 at 15:04

PeZ seems interesting, especially the clandestine part. And the explosion/gas no source part makes me want to do some sort of science experiment with him as a subject (though I doubt he would acquiesce to that).

I wonder how PeZ Holes work, sounds awesome (and handy!)

    • 4 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 15:07

That would be so neat, if he agreed. But we’d have the dadblamest time getting him to agree. Of course, though, we have Weatherly on our side…

They do sound awesome! Probably something that’s far too complicated for this professor to understand.

      • 5 Hazy November 14, 2013 at 15:24

But you’re good in physics! I bet you’d work it out somehow and discover the secret of PeZ Holes, in time.

      • 6 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 19:02

What a nice thing to say! The professor does like physics… Perhaps Weatherly and Hazy could help the professor out?

      • 7 Hazy November 17, 2013 at 09:35

Sure, we’d love to help! I’m good enough in science, but I’m terrible at math so you can’t trust me much with computations

      • 8 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 15:05

 But the science part will be useful!

  3. 9 krugthethinker November 13, 2013 at 05:22

Oh no, something more dangerous than Daddy Salami’s Daycare or Ruber’s cooking! In spite of his fearsomeness, I must admit I am rather charmed by his diminutive nature and his lovely mountain home…maybe this is part of his sneak attack strategy!

    • 10 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:13

Maybe you are right! It seems to this professor that Krug would want to pay PeZ a visit… But the little beast is vicious.

  4. 11 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:02

It doesn’t surprise me that he is cheek by jowl with Attilas. Do you think if all of the other PLs joined together they might find a way to keep him away from them? Wait. Scratch that. Trying to get all of the PLs to work together is a pipe dream.

    • 12 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:06

 Magi has tired on numerous occasions, but it just doesn’t work too well. Now the Punchies, themselves, might be able to do something. But Kirk isn’t that great of a leader. And there’s always insubordination in the ranks.

      • 13 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 13:29

Poor Magi. It’s a dirty job, but someone must do it.

      • 14 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:21

And I’m sure he’s quite willing!

      • 15 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:36

Seems like that sort of fellow.

      • 16 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:48

He takes a beating at times.

  5. 17 sonya solomonovich November 12, 2013 at 20:02

I doubt even Daddy Salami teamed up with Manly Man could defeat him! Maybe a swashbuckler with lots of help from a wizard could pull it off…

    • 18 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 23:57

Perhaps you’re right. Maybe Mr. Magi? MM thinks he could defeat him, I see.

    • 19 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:03

You’ll never know if you don’t try.

      • 20 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:06

But maybe we should just leave the bugger go?

      • 21 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 13:30

How about shipping him off to Kalamazoo? That is a Punchy-sounding place if ever I heard one.

      • 22 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:22

It does sound Punchy…but the professor doesn’t want to catch PeZ…

      • 23 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:36

You could send someone else to fetch him.

      • 24 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:48

He’d probably only trust Pavarinni, and only a little bit.

      • 25 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:56

He and Pavarinni deserve each other.

      • 26 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:58

        That’s true, I think.

  6. 27 Painting Pundit November 12, 2013 at 18:28

Could you not unleash Daddy Salami on the PeZ? Maybe it would be a fight to the death for both.

    • 28 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 23:55

Oh, I bet PeZ would win. DS might not agree to fight. And wouldn’t the PL miss DS?

      • 29 Painting Pundit November 13, 2013 at 01:52

Yes DS would missed! Who would be there make the pink potion?? And all the other evil deeds?

      • 30 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:05

Everyone likes the evil guy at times, you know…

    • 31 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:03

Hey, I don’t want you to kill DS.

      • 32 Painting Pundit November 13, 2013 at 02:09

You are right! We love his evilness!

      • 33 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:10

I am definitely a fan of DS.

      • 34 Painting Pundit November 13, 2013 at 02:13

        He is lovable

      • 35 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:15

He is. It’s all a front. I mean, how can anyone with his chortling ways not be lovable.

      • 36 Painting Pundit November 13, 2013 at 02:17

True! And that voice is irresistible!

      • 37 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:18

I wonder if we could get him to sing?

      • 38 Painting Pundit November 13, 2013 at 02:21

        That would be intriguing!

      • 39 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:52

        Baritone? Do you think?

      • 40 Painting Pundit November 13, 2013 at 02:54

Yes! With a bit of gravel to it!

      • 41 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:55

        And some gargling.

      • 42 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:11

Ladies! Isn’t the professor’s own voice much superior to DS’s? Look how you go on!

      • 43 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 13:35

Laughing and giggling. We had a hot time in the PL last night.

      • 44 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:27

The professor loves to see it! (It’s good times for me too!)

      • 45 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:39

Buffalo Gals won’t you come out tonight time. :D

      • 46 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:50

         That’s it!

      • 47 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:57

        :D

      • 48 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:59

  7. 49 L. Marie November 12, 2013 at 17:40

Any creature that contradicts the second law of thermodynamics is to be feared. So, crushing PeZ with a boot and thus ending his evil reign probably isn’t possible, since he would discover the scheme before it could be implemented.

    • 50 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:49

      I agree!

 Yes, probably not possible. PeZ was kicked in a generator once, and his revenge was sweet. It as horrible.

  8. 51 Jackie November 12, 2013 at 17:37

Note to self: Beware the PeZ! Thanks for the warning, Professor.

    • 52 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:49

Yes, yes. Zez is a wicked beast, for sure. But we mustn’t let him know we fear him.

      • 53 Jackie November 12, 2013 at 17:51

Absolutely! I agree. Don’t worry, my lips are sealed.

      • 54 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:51

 That’s great. And the professor trusts you!

      • 55 Jackie November 12, 2013 at 17:53

        Awesome! 8-)

      • 56 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:55

        Punchagood!

      • 57 Jackie November 12, 2013 at 18:04

        Yes indeed!

      • 58 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 23:54

      • 59 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:05

Are you saying that a gnome is the same as a beast?

      • 60 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:07

        Aren’t they similar?

      • 61 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 13:31

I suppose it depends. I kind of doubt that he is a true gnome. They tend to be peaceful souls and tend gardens.

      • 62 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:23

Well, Zez is definitely not peaceable. I’d say he’s the opposite.

      • 63 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:37

        Yup. Creepy to boot.

      • 64 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:49

        Definitely, definitely.

  9. 65 technophile9 November 12, 2013 at 16:24

It’s quite funny, I think this MicP Studios video: https://thepunchylands.wordpress.com/2013/08/09/to-buy-a-nuke/, was the first Punchy Post I ever read, and it contained Zez! :) So really, Zez was the first character I ever saw from the Punchy Lands.

I actually quite like Zez, but I don’t think I would want to make him angry…

    • 66 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:34

Haha, and it didn’t scare you away? Remarkable.

But would you like to meet him?

      • 67 technophile9 November 12, 2013 at 18:28

It would certainly be interesting. :)

      • 68 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 23:55

But just too scary, I think.

  10. 69 Angeline M November 12, 2013 at 15:10

PeZ. Hmm….I also can’t help but think of those candy dispensers with the fun heads on them spitting out candies. Maybe PeZ ate to many of those. You know what sugar can do….but then there’s that sweet and wicked thing….but maybe that’s the answer….if there was ever a question.
P.S. The Professor has a very interesting mind.

    • 70 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:31

Haha, yes. The professor thinks of those too.

Exactly! Have I ever told you that sweet and wicked are basically the same word?

      Is this good?

      • 71 Angeline M November 13, 2013 at 00:30

Depends on who you are talking to. But I think I like that.

      • 72 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 12:58

        Sounds greateth, then!

  11. 73 Debbie November 12, 2013 at 15:07

It’s the piercing black oval eyes and mean expression that would do PeZ in, I’m afraid. His thick orange fur might be kind of appealing, especially as winter approaches!

    • 74 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:30

Yes, the professor agrees: The eyes make him scary, for sure!

 True. He’d keep one warm.

  12. 75 ladycheetah7 November 12, 2013 at 14:19

Here I thought PeZ was a piece of candy….
You are a pretty smart fellow to be able to interpret what Maxwell said about that little devil. Thought I was back in school. Lol. Besides any thing the color of construction cone orange cannot be trusted.

    • 76 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 14:55

 So did the professor! Do you like pez candy?

Haha, it make sense, doesn’t it? Even Maxwell knew something existed that he couldn’t explain.

 That’s true. (Some say Manly fears PeZ…)

      • 77 Jazzy Couldren November 12, 2013 at 18:01

Hey, you do know honeybutts that manliness always kicks PeZ’s little behind.

      • 78 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 23:54

Really? I am surprised, your manliness.

      • 79 ladycheetah7 November 12, 2013 at 23:02

It’s been so long since I had that candy I can’t remember. So word out on the street is MM fears PeZ? I am not so sure about that. Your gonna have to come up with proof. Otherwise it is mere speculation.

      • 80 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 00:00

The professor sort of likes them. Well, that’s what I think, but MM said below he doesn’t. Of course we can’t trust him, though.

    • 81 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:06

      Yeah, me, too Lady Cheetah.

      • 82 Jazzy Couldren November 13, 2013 at 02:09

Hey dudes, You can trust me. I’s very manly. Manliness ain’t afraid of no one. Especially little vonka gremlins.

      • 83 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:11

        Vonka?

      • 84 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:08

MM is referring to Mortimer Butterfield. It’s his nickname for Mortimer. Manly, you see, delights in torturing Mortimer–but he says they’re friends.

      • 85 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 13:33

        Must be a guy thing.

      • 86 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:27

I don’t think Mortimer likes MM too much, though.

      • 87 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:38

The question is, does anyone like MM.

      • 88 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:50

Oh yes. You know, he’s quite a celebrity in the PL. Famous from his wrestling and attitude, it seems.

      • 89 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:57

        He’s a crafty one.

      • 90 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:59

        Too crafty!

      • 91 Jazzy Couldren November 13, 2013 at 02:32

:} Hey yeah. You don’t done know what that is, and I don’t done think I can tell you…

      • 92 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:54

Maybe you should try to verbalize it.

  13. 93 FictionFan November 12, 2013 at 14:07

As my dear old granny used to say ‘Never trust a gremlin who doesn’t know his own name’. I bet physics still can’t explain the gurgle…

    • 94 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 14:54

Oh, you can’t fool the professor. Your granny never said any such thing. Huff-Hum.

Maybe it’s because his vocal chords aren’t highly evolved?

      • 95 FictionFan November 12, 2013 at 15:45

Of course, you probably knew my granny, in a previous era of your timelessness…

Or perhaps more highly evolved? One day, we may all speak like that. I wonder what would happen to Zez’s gurgle if he drank the Pink Potion…

      • 96 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:33

Maybe…The professor also knows your great grandchildren. Timelessness goes both ways, you know.

Zez probably wouldn’t be dull enough. I hope the professor doesn’t sound like that one day.

      • 97 FictionFan November 12, 2013 at 21:11

To know my great grand-children the Professor must also be able to travel to parallel universes…

        I rather hope he does…

      • 98 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 23:58

I don’t understand why I’d have to got to a parallel universe. That’s silly. (The professor is secretly confused by such talk.)

Do you think he does now? Ah, that’s the question.

      • 99 FictionFan November 13, 2013 at 01:43

Well…in order to have great grand-children, I would first have to have children – and, as you know, I really prefer them when they’re lightly sauteed and served with a nice salad… But perhaps there’s another poor FF in a parallel universe with six of them and no saute pan.

No, I reckon if the Professor could gurgle like that, he’d have told me…but I’d love to be proved wrong!

      • 100 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:02

   The professor suddenly fears FEF, and is quite sad for the other poor FEF…

But gurgling’s rude, I’m sure it’s not something one would like to boast about.

      • 101 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:08

Timelessness? Surely not! That sounds a lot like time travel…

      • 102 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:07

Well, I’m not sure why the professor is timeless, but he is, you know.

      • 103 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 13:32

The battery on my watch died two years ago and has never been replaced. Does that make me timeless?

      • 104 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:23

 Yes, I think it could!

      • 105 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:37

        :D

      • 106 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:49

  14. 107 Lana November 12, 2013 at 14:04

Do NOT want to meet PeZ on any given day or night for that matter…Oooo (shivering)!

    • 108 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 14:54

 He is creepy! It’s a wonder. Good thing he usually stays on his mountain.

  15. 109 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 12, 2013 at 14:03

The mountains provide the perfect haven for me, too. And why does his shy and withdrawn nature also resonate with me. This is just frightening.

He sounds dreadful!! Why do creatures like PeZ and Grinch always choose mountains? I’d rather they pick sandy beaches.

I really enjoyed the photos today. Such magical places, professor.

    • 110 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 14:53

Maybe you’re a bit like PeZ? The professor, you see, is too sweet to be like PeZ. (Have I ever told you how sweet and wicked are really the same word?)

No where to hide in the beaches, I’d imagine…

Ah, thanks! Pics from the PL…

      • 111 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 12, 2013 at 16:54

I am not!!!!! And no they are not, Duke!

      • 112 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:35

Now, Aud… Maybe you’re not, but they are, I think. I’m sure most anyone would agree.

      • 113 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 12, 2013 at 18:22

(That was my best M. O’Hara.) Yes of course they are similar.

      • 114 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 23:54

        The same!

      • 115 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 13, 2013 at 03:53

You are digging your heals in, Duke. I said similar. ;) (I hope you’re frowning in your smoking chair.)

      • 116 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:12

Frowning and swearing enough to scare the ears off the babies.

      • 117 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 13, 2013 at 13:25

Go wash your mouth out, professor. My poor babies.

      • 118 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:20

        Not with soap!

      • 119 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 13, 2013 at 16:42

 Maybe soap, its my choice.

      • 120 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:50

        Can I have a lollipop?

      • 121 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 13, 2013 at 16:55

Depends on the flavor. Something gross. Not anything red, those are saved for good professors!!!

      • 122 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:57

But good professor’s have wicked mouths, don’t they?

      • 123 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 13, 2013 at 17:27

Well…you have a point. I do like that.

      • 124 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 20:46

        :D

      • 125 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 13, 2013 at 17:27

That is if by wicked you mean sweet.

      • 126 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 20:47

        I possibly do.

      • 127 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 13, 2013 at 20:55

Possibly, I hope so. Have you learned your lesson?

      • 128 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 20:56

But does the fun outweigh the punishment?

      • 129 Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister November 13, 2013 at 21:00

        Does it?

      • 130 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 02:10

        Yes…

    • 131 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 02:09

Indeed, strange things happen in mountains at times. Look at Rip Van Winkle.

      • 132 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 13:07

Haha! Wonderful example. I think that poor fellow could have been to the PL…

      • 133 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 13:33

Doubtless he did go. Odd people bowling in the mountains? Oh yeah. One of them had a pumpkin head – wait, maybe that was another place.

      • 134 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:26

 That’s right. But I forget the bloke’s name.

      • 135 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:38

        Ichabod Crane.

      • 136 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:49

That’s right. I like the name Ichabod.

      • 137 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 16:57

        “The Glory has departed.”

      • 138 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 16:59

I fear the professor is lost.

      • 139 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 17:08

1 Sam. 4:19-22. In her great distress she regarded not “the women that stood by her,” but named the child that was born “Ichabod” i.e., no glory, saying, “The glory is departed from Isreal;” and with that word on her lips she expired.

      • 140 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 20:41

 How interesting! Susan’s mind is much deeper than the professor’s.

      • 141 Susan P November 13, 2013 at 21:00

No, not really. I just have odd bits of trivia stashed in there.

      • 142 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 02:11

        And it’s cool.

      • 143 Susan P November 14, 2013 at 02:48

        *curtsies* Thank you, kind Professor.

      • 144 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 14:03

        ;)

  16. 145 Anja November 12, 2013 at 13:42

Why do I just love this PeZ fella? Have we considered he is just misunderstood? Has trust issues or suffers from something dreadful and he is working through it all?

    • 146 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 14:49

 Only you would think that! Would you like to go have speaks with him?

      • 147 Anja November 12, 2013 at 16:46

Sure. I would give it a try. :)

      • 148 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 17:34

The professor would have to go with you to protect you.

      • 149 Anja November 12, 2013 at 18:08

Okay that is ok as long as the professor doesn’t upset him.

      • 150 Professor VJ Duke November 12, 2013 at 23:54

But what if he tries to kill you?

      • 151 Anja November 12, 2013 at 23:56

Oh he won’t try to kill me. I will bring him home made chocolate chip cookies :)

      • 152 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 00:01

He won’t like that. PeZ isn’t the cuddly type of creature. (You know, I bet he’d hunt the dolphin too.)

      • 153 Anja November 13, 2013 at 00:03

I didn’t say I would cuddle him. LIke I mentioned before, I believe he is having some issues with his mom and dad. Not loved enough or something like that. He needs cookies. :)

      • 154 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 00:10

Oh dear. That just might get you in…big trouble. I don’t think he ever had a mom or dad. You should fear him–and you should fear the professor.

      • 155 Anja November 13, 2013 at 00:11

Not worried at all. Why should I fear the professor?

      • 156 Professor VJ Duke November 13, 2013 at 12:57

I’m not sure. It would be cool.

      • 157 Anja November 14, 2013 at 00:14

        Sorry…but I don’t :)

      • 158 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 02:19

Oh well. Maybe you fear his katana?

      • 159 Anja November 14, 2013 at 02:28

        Nope…not at all

      • 160 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 14:00

        That’s depressing.

      • 161 Anja November 14, 2013 at 15:47

:) sorry but takes more than that to scare me.

      • 162 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 19:04

Maybe if I give you the professorish eye.

      • 163 Anja November 14, 2013 at 21:39

        To keep?? Okay :)

      • 164 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 23:14

Well, I don’t usually take it out. Just look through it.

      • 165 Anja November 14, 2013 at 23:15

Can I use it to play marbles????

      • 166 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 23:16

        The professor’s eye?!?!

      • 167 Anja November 14, 2013 at 23:16

        Yep

      • 168 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 23:17

        Very cruel of you.

      • 169 Anja November 14, 2013 at 23:18

How is it cruel? You offered your eye to me

      • 170 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 23:25

        I’m cranky.

      • 171 Anja November 14, 2013 at 23:27

Why are you cranky???? Cannot be cranky with me. Impossible.

      • 172 Professor VJ Duke November 14, 2013 at 23:31

You won’t make a vlog for the professor discussing why peanut butter is bad.

      • 173 Anja November 14, 2013 at 23:36

        It’s not bad to me

      • 174 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 01:32

        What’s not bad to you?

      • 175 Anja November 15, 2013 at 01:41

        Peanut butter

      • 176 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 02:01

Yes. Did I tell you that you should do a vlog about why the professor doesn’t like it…

      • 177 Anja November 15, 2013 at 02:02

ha…ummmm a couple of times but the problem comes, I like peanut butter. Really love almond butter.

      • 178 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 02:03

But your vlog’s about me. (Yes, that’s great stuff.)

      • 179 Anja November 15, 2013 at 02:04

I think I should vlog about your romantic side

      • 180 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 02:04

Well, that would be dadblamery! I’m sure Autumn would stick up for me.

      • 181 Anja November 15, 2013 at 02:06

Well then if she sides with you…..you will better be ready to welcome a new room mate to live with you. She can be quite moody.

      • 182 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 02:08

Of course she will side with the professor. (I hope.) I’d love to see an argument! :D

      • 183 Anja November 15, 2013 at 02:09

        Hmmmmm maybe we will see…….

      • 184 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 02:09

        Maybe?! (Aren’t most ladies moody?)

      • 185 Anja November 15, 2013 at 02:11

        Maybe…..(typically caused by men)

      • 186 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 02:13

        Rats! (But not professors.)

      • 187 Anja November 15, 2013 at 02:15

Maybe isn’t a no (are you sure about this)

      • 188 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 02:16

        :D (Yes.)

      • 189 Anja November 15, 2013 at 02:18

(think we should take a poll and see if that is a true statement)

      • 190 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 02:19

Has the word-professor ever made you moody?

      • 191 Anja November 15, 2013 at 02:20

I am not easily made “moody”, so not sure it is fair to start asking me first

      • 192 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 02:22

        Well…who should we ask?

      • 193 Anja November 15, 2013 at 02:23

        Other women……

      • 194 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 16:42

        I don’t like this…

      • 195 Anja November 15, 2013 at 18:25

        Touchy subject?

      • 196 Professor VJ Duke November 15, 2013 at 20:47

Not at all. It’s just not professorish.

      • 197 Anja November 15, 2013 at 22:50

Please give me a list of professorish subjects :)

      • 198 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 00:27

        But why?

      • 199 Anja November 16, 2013 at 03:18

Why not…so I know what is professorish and what is not

      • 200 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 19:53

Well, you know, sometimes this professor isn’t sure what’s professorish and not.

      • 201 Anja November 16, 2013 at 19:57

So I should guess you are a blonde?

      • 202 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 20:00

        Why blonde?

      • 203 Anja November 16, 2013 at 20:06

Had the dizzying feel of not knowing what is what at times. :)

      • 204 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 20:12

        The professor can’t tell you.

      • 205 Anja November 16, 2013 at 20:13

OH wait…….you said if I guess right then you confirm. So if you deny its wrong….

      • 206 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 20:24

        :D

      • 207 Anja November 16, 2013 at 20:27

That, my friend, is not a conformation or denial……

      • 208 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 20:36

        Isn’t that deal off?

      • 209 Anja November 16, 2013 at 20:39

You cannot back out of the deal! You started it.

      • 210 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 20:42

        Rats!

      • 211 Anja November 16, 2013 at 20:45

        Cats

      • 212 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 20:50

        Bats.

      • 213 Anja November 16, 2013 at 20:55

        chaps?

      • 214 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 21:09

        The professor would like some.

      • 215 Anja November 16, 2013 at 21:11

I didn’t picture you as a chap wearing professor.

      • 216 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 21:12

I’m not. But don’t you think the professor’s like John Wayne?

      • 217 Anja November 16, 2013 at 21:13

        Nothing like John Wayne….

      • 218 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 21:15

        Oh yes, just like.

      • 219 Anja November 16, 2013 at 21:16

        No…not even close

      • 220 Professor VJ Duke November 16, 2013 at 21:17

        Jim Caviezel, then.

      • 221 Anja November 16, 2013 at 21:55

        Lol who

      • 222 Professor VJ Duke November 17, 2013 at 01:05

        You don’t know him?!

      • 223 Anja November 17, 2013 at 01:40

I do now that I looked him up….so you are saying you are NOT a blonde?

      • 224 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 15:04

        How do you know that?

      • 225 Anja November 18, 2013 at 18:11

Because he is not a blonde and you never confirmed it

      • 226 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 22:44

But I’m not supposed to unless it’s in a story or vlog…

      • 227 Anja November 18, 2013 at 22:47

I think you just added that stipulation….but okay…can be done :)

      • 228 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 23:00

        :D Goody goody professor.

      • 229 Anja November 18, 2013 at 23:01

I have a feeling you tricked me…..like Tom Sawyer

      • 230 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 23:02

        :D

      • 231 Anja November 18, 2013 at 23:03

        mhmmmm thought so!!!

      • 232 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 23:12

        So, write a story or make a vlog. :D :D :D :D

      • 233 Anja November 18, 2013 at 23:13

        I WILL!!!!! PROMISE……

      • 234 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 23:17

        Which one will you will?

      • 235 Anja November 18, 2013 at 23:18

Both…but not at the same time.

      • 236 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 23:26

        That’s fine!

      • 237 Anja November 18, 2013 at 23:27

But they will come. I haven’t broken a promise to you before.

      • 238 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 23:31

No, you haven’t. I trust you!

      • 239 Anja November 18, 2013 at 23:32

        Very good. :)

      • 240 Professor VJ Duke November 18, 2013 at 23:33
