What is This?

So, this professor was about his blog.

And I scrolled all the way to the bottom.

I usually don’t do that, do you?

Anyways and a few, this is what it looks like—at the bottom. Very unspectacular.

1

The bottom of the world.

But that’s when I noticed it.

This.

2

It’s a wonder.

Here it is circled in red.

3

I know it’s tough to see; clicking on it should help.

Now what in the world is that?

Personally, I think it’s a face…but what do you suppose?

Honestly, now. You can’t hurt my blog’s feelings, only mine.

What the stinkrat is that???!!!

I should share one more picture. This fellow keeps me company in the office.

Notice how bright the sun was that day.

    Very curious indeed, Professor!
Also, the bear looks like good company.
https://erinkenobi2893.wordpress.com/?p=1097&shareadraft=55140d3f50dad This is the updated poetry class draft. Please tell me what you think!

    • 2 Professor VJ Duke March 26, 2015 at 20:31

*laughs* And that’s exactly how Daniel H would react. Did anyone survive?

      • 3 erinkenobi2893 March 27, 2015 at 13:54

I hope so. What do you think? :-P

      • 4 Professor VJ Duke March 28, 2015 at 13:59

I liked it lots! Made me laugh. Now is this for a post?

      • 5 erinkenobi2893 March 30, 2015 at 00:16

It is indeed! Where do you think I should go from there, or would you like to continue it from that point? ;-)

      • 6 Professor VJ Duke March 30, 2015 at 12:15

Well…do you suppose I should come in at this point? Maybe? I’m not sure.

      • 7 erinkenobi2893 March 30, 2015 at 12:31

It sounds like a good idea to me. :-)

      • 8 Professor VJ Duke March 30, 2015 at 19:41

        Sweet.

      • 11 erinkenobi2893 April 1, 2015 at 00:25

Okay, now we’ve just got to be quiet and act casual until we get to a computer lab. Then we can hack the system and put Pez’s name on the threat list. DS’s, too. :-P

      • 12 Professor VJ Duke April 1, 2015 at 18:21

Okay, that sounds like a plan. But Pez might get cranky.

      • 13 erinkenobi2893 April 2, 2015 at 16:26

He might not even find out. :-P

  2. 14 FictionFan February 20, 2015 at 18:25

Yeah, but then he grew his squirrel and had his head stretched. We??? You’re on your own, buster!

    *blushes lots too*

    • 15 Professor VJ Duke February 21, 2015 at 20:20

I’ll post them for you, if I get it!

  3. 18 Hazy February 15, 2015 at 07:25

Hmm. it looks like a sneaky smiley face. Maybe it wants to give a smile to anyone who is curious enough to look all the way to the bottom page.

That’s a very nice hat for Mr. Vince the bear. It looks quite fetching on him! I bet the person lent it to him, or was it the person’s present for the bear?

  4. 19 Hazy February 15, 2015 at 07:25

    • 20 Professor VJ Duke February 16, 2015 at 13:53

Well, Mr. Bear see…he’s sorta a hat holder. And I think he likes it. Notice he’s smiling.

I still think that smiley face is up to no good!

      • 21 Hazy March 7, 2015 at 07:09

Sneaky smiley faces remind me of Red John (if you’ve seen the TV show The Mentalist).

Mr. Bear does look a bit happy. I bet he’s held many hats! Do you think he has a favorite?

      • 22 Professor VJ Duke March 9, 2015 at 00:16

Nah, I bet he’s not too picky overall. But he could be!

  5. 23 Lady Cheetah7 February 12, 2015 at 17:15

That dot is a reminder that Big Brother is watching you and the bear is absolutely adorable!

    • 24 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:49

Not Big Brother! I hate him too much. The bear is a warrior! He can’t be cute.

      • 25 Lady Cheetah7 February 13, 2015 at 10:09

        He is a cute warrior!

      • 26 Professor VJ Duke February 13, 2015 at 19:27

        They don’t exist, dadblameit!

  6. 27 L. Marie February 12, 2015 at 15:52

Um, I have no idea what that thing is, even after magnifying the picture.
Awww. Your bear looks as if he’s good company though he seems to be navel gazing at the moment.

    • 28 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:44

I think it’s supposed to be a smiley face, believe it or not. It’s so vexing.

*laughs* He’s always doing that. Maybe he’s looking for bugs?

  7. 29 Catherine February 12, 2015 at 02:26

It’s so cute! I think it’s a sign that your blog is happy. And that’s always a good thing. I wish my blog had a little happy face hidden in it!

    • 30 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:16

*laughs* You can have it! Don’t you suppose it might be undermining my meanness?

      • 31 Catherine February 20, 2015 at 02:48

Perhaps it’s reminding you to be nice, in case you forget!

      • 32 Professor VJ Duke February 21, 2015 at 20:03

        *grumbles* The nerve of it!

  8. 33 Tiefsa February 11, 2015 at 23:06

I’ve had that smiley face on some website I have. I didn’t know how it got there, but it’s has since left me. Perhaps it has found a new home.

    • 34 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:23

There’s hope then! Did you send it home somehow?

      • 35 Tiefsa February 11, 2015 at 23:49

I didn’t know where home was for smiley. Perhaps now it has found its permanent home. Then again, he could be on an epic journey, over the Misty Mountains, through Mirkwood, into the depths of Lonely Mountain, came out unscathed, and is on the way back home, stopping by to visit old friends.

      • 36 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:15

Which is disturbing, you must admit. If smiley is that hero-ish, you’ll never get rid of him again!

  9. 37 floridaborne February 11, 2015 at 23:01

The professor worries too much about the tiny things. :-)

    • 38 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:23

*hangs head* I think you’re right. Rats. What should I do about it?

      • 39 floridaborne February 11, 2015 at 23:25

First, don’t ask rats what to do. They’ll steal your food. :-)

      • 40 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:15

*laughing lots* Even the sweet furry ones?

      • 41 floridaborne February 12, 2015 at 21:16

Especially t sweet, furry ones. :-)

      • 42 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:51

They have sharp teeth, you know, you know.

  10. 43 Louis from VA February 11, 2015 at 22:55

    Whoa. ???

    • 44 Louis from VA February 11, 2015 at 22:56

      You should name it.
It can be a part of future PL stories. :D

      • 45 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:22

*laughing* What should I name it?

      • 46 Louis from VA February 12, 2015 at 23:18

        Hmm…
My sister has a character named Bob that’s a sentient smiley face.

    • 47 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:22

I know?! What in the world. I hate it already.

      • 48 Louis from VA February 12, 2015 at 23:18

        Aw… how come?

      • 49 Professor VJ Duke February 13, 2015 at 19:21

Bob just might work, after all. I’m not sure. I think it’s…smiling about something that I don’t get!

      • 50 Louis from VA February 22, 2015 at 18:23

I see. It has secrets it’s keeping from you…

      • 51 Professor VJ Duke February 23, 2015 at 12:23

That’s it exactly! It must be hung.

      • 52 Louis from VA February 25, 2015 at 22:14

        But it has no neck.

      • 53 Professor VJ Duke February 27, 2015 at 12:53

That is a very good point. Well, then, drowned?

      • 54 Louis from VA March 9, 2015 at 00:27

        Perhaps… :)

  11. 55 The Lite Rider February 11, 2015 at 22:19

How very cute. A random character that you did not place…….

    • 56 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:11

Now, LR, you can’t be perfectly sure that I didn’t…

      • 57 The Lite Rider February 14, 2015 at 15:28

        No, I can’t. Of course I do suspect you…. ;-)

      • 58 Professor VJ Duke February 14, 2015 at 18:24

Oh come on! I’m not that evil…

      • 59 The Lite Rider February 15, 2015 at 20:12

But it’s a “happy” thing, so of course you are.

      • 60 Professor VJ Duke February 16, 2015 at 13:55

        *laughing lots*

  12. 61 Debbie February 11, 2015 at 21:53

Well, I hate being the voice of logic once again, but as your token web design friend, I must inform you that squiggly thing at the bottom of your page is a Word Press thingy. It doesn’t appear on all blogs (mine, for example, doesn’t have it), but apparently it does on some. Look around — I’ll bet you’ll find more (unless they’ve all been removed except yours, which I doubt!)

As for Mr. Bear, why, what a delightful office buddy! Of course, I’d have to ask him to lose the Pats hat, and I must wonder whether his name really is Vince, but any bear that can bring the sun out, is a bear I’d like having around!

    • 62 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:08

So…how would one remove this? And I’ve also wondered…how does one change that picture up in the address bar? You know the one that appears to the left of the address?

*shocked* Why lose that hat? I was almost positive you were a certified Pats fan now!

    • 63 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:09

And I love your logic. It’s great. I need that, you know. I never learned logic.

  13. 64 Simply Skeptical February 11, 2015 at 20:29

I should have clicked on that flaw which isn’t a flaw at all! Somebody is happy with you Prof. Could it be Amelia???

    • 65 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:07

      I don’t know that name… *holds ears*

  14. 66 Simply Skeptical February 11, 2015 at 20:27

Dare such a flaw to appear there Prof. What to do? Things just aren’t what they used to be. You know why? Cause nobody cares anymore that’s why. What a nice fellow. I’d like to have such a pleasant co-worker. Ahh…. Sun. It really is somewhere up there. I think the pleasant fellow made it come out to shine on him. Yes, that’s it!

    • 67 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:06

But you can’t be sure about him. See…what if he frowns every other hour? That would make him very wicked.

  15. 68 InfiniteZip February 11, 2015 at 16:42

Friends shouldn’t let friends wear the hat of cheaters…..I feel so deflated now…sigh

    • 69 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 22:01

*laughs and then doesn’t* What?! They’re not cheaters, Zippy!

      • 70 InfiniteZip February 11, 2015 at 22:26

Hmmmm….just stating the facts sir! No one likes skimpy balls you know….

      • 71 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:14

*laughs and tries not to* What’s that supposed to mean?!

      • 72 InfiniteZip February 13, 2015 at 10:29

Only that Tom likes skimpy balls I guess …

      • 73 Professor VJ Duke February 13, 2015 at 19:28

Well, I imagine they’re harder to throw that way, you know.

  16. 74 desertdweller29 February 11, 2015 at 15:47

I agree with Susan’s assessment. I believe Amelia is playing tricks on you. You know what a hopeless flirt she is.

I see the bear is a Pats fan. Does HE know you didn’t watch the SB? I’d be outraged if I were him. Maybe it’s the bear who hacked your site??

    • 75 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 22:00

No! *nearly dies* What should be done?

      Shhh! Don’t tell….people that! I thought you’d keep it a secret!

      • 76 desertdweller29 February 12, 2015 at 02:32

Never! Tough love, sorry. But the bear oughta know…

      • 77 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:17

I was betrayed. Then again, the bear might think exactly like me. You can’t be sure, for sure.

      • 78 FictionFan February 12, 2015 at 15:38

“People” already knew! “People” is still trying to decide on an appropriate response…

      • 79 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:40

*gulps* But I was so scared, I couldn’t stand it!

      • 80 FictionFan February 13, 2015 at 16:23

        Huh!

      • 81 Professor VJ Duke February 13, 2015 at 19:34

        Umm…and TJ was on.

  17. 82 Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister February 11, 2015 at 15:04

I had to go to a lot of work to see that thingy, Duke. You shouldn’t draw on your computer, you know. Cute bear! Seems he’s been forced into wearing your Pats hat. Tis what you do best, I guess. Forcing your favorites on an innocent bear. He looks full, as well. Must like cherries, too.

    • 83 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 21:59

I didn’t draw that, promise! That dadblamed thing is at the foot of my site. *huffs*

Hey! I think you just called me fat… He’s something of a hat-holder, see. Bet you wouldn’t say that if he had a Packer’s hat!

      • 84 Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister February 11, 2015 at 22:41

(I’ve seen that face around, actually. I did think of you when I saw it. Sorta looks like a smile you’d draw, you know.) I had to laugh when I read your post. Always making me smile. *sparkles*

I did no such thing!! As if….Duke! A hat holder. Did he tell you he was okay with the job? I can send him a Packers hat! Maybe a Cardinals hat….you know, in preparation. *sparkles again*

      • 85 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:22

*laughs* I admit, it is humorous….but not for me! It’s ugly. See, I try to be tough and mean. That thing, on the bottom of my sight, is undermining me!

Yes, you did! I think I am. I need to do some more sit-ups. Well, he doesn’t say much. All he does is smile. The Sox will beat them again!!!

      • 86 Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister February 12, 2015 at 04:36

Seems like a cute smile to me. Not bothering anyone but you, Duke. Give him a break and a sandwich. He’s just there to encourage you to smile.

Did not! I was referring in an also fashion…as to my observations. I think you think about your body image too much…it seems. He’s definitely good at smiling. He’s a happy bear. Cute.
        *roars* Never!!!!!!!!!!

      • 87 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:27

He can’t have a sandwich! The little beast. Imp! He’s an imp.

I do not! Dadblameit. Dadblameit. Dadblameit.

Did you notice how the Pats won the SB?

      • 88 Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister February 13, 2015 at 04:50

Give him a sandwhich, Duketh!! Be a nice host!

I may be righter about it. Dadblameit! !

Psst! *whispers* I don’t care… *smiles* I’m kidding! Yes!! Aren’t you proud. I would be…except all the drama, you know?

      • 89 Professor VJ Duke February 13, 2015 at 19:25

        No! *folds arms*

        I shouldn’t listen… *puts in earbuds*

        *laughs* Drama is awesome.

      • 90 Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister February 13, 2015 at 23:14

Duke… *slaps your face with bologna*

I think you should wear headphones…*waits*

Seems it follows you, huh? *sparkles*

      • 91 Professor VJ Duke February 14, 2015 at 18:15

Hey! Now I need to shower. Rats.

        That’s true…but…

        And you!

      • 92 Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister February 14, 2015 at 22:13

You could wait and just smell funky. *pinches her nose*

        Yes??

        Probably so.

      • 93 Professor VJ Duke February 16, 2015 at 13:43

        *runs off*

Well, I’m just too lazy to get my headphones!

      • 94 Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister February 16, 2015 at 21:42

I’m not getting them for you.

      • 95 Professor VJ Duke February 16, 2015 at 22:23

        You probably couldn’t find them.

      • 96 Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister February 17, 2015 at 03:15

*puts her thumb on her nose and fans her fingers at you* Duh.

      • 97 Professor VJ Duke February 17, 2015 at 21:02

        Not sure I could either!

      • 98 Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister February 17, 2015 at 21:55

        *laughs*

  18. 99 Susan P February 11, 2015 at 15:02

I think that it is a dadblamed satellite spying on you. If I had to guess, I would guess that you haven’t seen the last of Amelia yet.

    • 100 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 21:58

      She’s spying on me?!

      • 101 Susan P February 11, 2015 at 22:28

How else would she always now to find you.

      • 102 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:16

Are you telling her? *big professorish eye; the other one is shut*

      • 103 Susan P February 12, 2015 at 15:17

I didn’t have to tell her. Nick left his computer untended for half an hour and she got in and created chaos.

      • 104 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:38

What should be done to her? Be honest now. A hanging? Drowning? Trial by ordeal?

      • 105 Susan P February 14, 2015 at 00:36

Three blind mice, Professor! That’s an easy question. She should be put in the kitchen and made to wash the dishes.

      • 106 Professor VJ Duke February 14, 2015 at 18:23

That’s not a death sentence! Well… *reflects* It might be.

      • 107 Susan P February 14, 2015 at 18:32

Mmmm-hmm. Ruber is in charge of the mice.

      • 108 Professor VJ Duke February 16, 2015 at 13:40

Ruber is a bit of a beast, you know.

      • 109 Susan P February 16, 2015 at 14:05

        More like a rat!

      • 110 Professor VJ Duke February 16, 2015 at 21:59

*laughs* I could see where you’d say that.

      • 111 Susan P February 17, 2015 at 00:18

He’s the chap who looks out for himself.

      • 112 Professor VJ Duke February 17, 2015 at 20:55

Well, you shouldn’t dis him for that.

      • 113 Susan P February 17, 2015 at 21:42

It just makes things more interesting and dangerous. Like when you threw down the glove.

      • 114 Professor VJ Duke February 18, 2015 at 23:49

        I didn’t do that!

      • 115 Susan P February 19, 2015 at 15:13

So say you. Amelia says other wise.

      • 116 Professor VJ Duke February 20, 2015 at 02:09

        *holds ears*

      • 117 Susan P February 20, 2015 at 23:00

That is but a temporary fix. You know how she is.

      • 118 Professor VJ Duke February 21, 2015 at 20:24

        But if I can’t hear…

      • 119 Susan P February 22, 2015 at 00:07

Hmmm…good luck with that. She has a piercing screech.

      • 120 Professor VJ Duke February 23, 2015 at 12:16

        *holds ears harder*

      • 121 Susan P February 23, 2015 at 13:20

        * plays the Stars and Stripes forever*

  19. 122 Bethy February 11, 2015 at 14:35

Haha! It made me smile during a rough week. You know I have such a dude to keep me company.

    • 123 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 21:58

That’s awesome to hear! What’s his name?

      • 124 Bethy February 14, 2015 at 12:18

Oh…um. I don’t think I names it. The princess calls it the red and white teddy bear.

      • 125 Professor VJ Duke February 14, 2015 at 18:23

And you know, that’s a great name.

      • 126 Bethy February 16, 2015 at 15:29

It works. I always know who she is talking about.

      • 127 Professor VJ Duke February 16, 2015 at 22:10

That’s all a name is for, I say.

  20. 128 walt walker February 11, 2015 at 14:28

Do you trust him to wear your name tag? I wouldn’t. You might be accountable for what he does.

    • 129 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 21:57

*nods* You are full of good points. See, I was looking for a place to put it, and he offered. But I didn’t know he was planning something…the rascal!

  21. 130 PorterGirl February 11, 2015 at 14:07

Oooh what is it? It does look like a little smiley face or it could be two fleas on a banana boat. Do you think it is dangerous? I hope it doesn’t try to steal any food. You could always offer it a cup of tea and start from there. Or crush it under your warrior boot and think no more of it!

I say, what a fabulous fellow! He looks to be exceptional company, I would say. I want to give him a big snuggle, he looks as furry as Terry. It would appear that his name is Vince – a fine name, wouldn’t you say, Professor?

    • 131 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 21:56

Two fleas on a banana boat! Ingenious take! Can we term it that? That’s so much cooler than a smiley face, dadblameit! A cup of tea might be best. You’ve just warned me about being nicer, remember.

*laughs* I think I like that name. (He stole my name tag, see.)

      • 132 PorterGirl February 11, 2015 at 22:21

It is a good term, I think! Please do make full use of this epic term. Oh yes, being nicer I forgot about that. Tea and cake for the cheeky thing, then. And for me too, if you would be so kind *laughs*
It is a noble moniker and no mistake. (Goodness the sneaky furry chap! But it does rather suit him)

      • 133 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 23:13

I will! You give me many. Like: wiggins, for instance. Cheeky thing… *laughs* You can definitely have some. But…I’ll only give him a piece of a crumb!

*bows* I think it is, too. (It does. He looks awesome. I should send him around to collect tax.)

      • 134 PorterGirl February 12, 2015 at 06:10

Teehee ‘wiggins’. That is stuck in my head. Just a crumb for the… thing! Well, he is only tiny.

(He is a fine fellow, I would hand over my tax immediately if he knocked on my door)

      • 135 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:29

Mine too! *laughs and tries not to* That’s true. A crumb should suit him fine.

(Probably cherries would be fine, too. Knowing him.)

  22. 136 FictionFan February 11, 2015 at 13:41

Well, I’m frankly gardoobled! I thought the Professor had used his legendary skills of misdirection to produce the thing, but on scrolling down it really is there! I reckon it must be a sign left by aliens to show your blog is being monitored, as they attempt to understand humanity prior to invasion. Thank goodness they chose your blog! Now they’ll know they’d have to deal with Manly-Man, my adorable Schwarzy (is he wearing a kilt yet?) and of course our Hectorish Hero Himself, the Professor, and his magical pants! I imagine they’re retreating at Warp 10…

May I just say that that is possibly one of the yummiest bears I have ever seen, and I am something of an expert! He looks squidgy and squashy and fluffy, and what a great hat! (It is a bear, isn’t it? It’s not Nick…?) Did Amelia give you him? *prepares to have a tirade*

    • 137 Professor VJ Duke February 11, 2015 at 21:55

Ooo, I’m having a proud moment. “Legendary skills of misdirection.” That’s just awesome. I should frame it.

It could be aliens…I thought maybe you had hacked into my account, see. A kilt for Schwarz? I tried, but he said it was like a skirt. Magical pants?! I threw those away, probably.

Isn’t he great? I love that beast. (*laughs* Not Nick. They’re so dissimilar.) No, my grandma did, actually. It was one of the few gifts I got from her. Got it when I was born!

      • 138 FictionFan February 12, 2015 at 15:34

        You should!

Some days I have difficulties hacking into my own account. Well, I bet he has the knees for it! Hah! A likely story! What man would throw away the very thing that makes him such a successful flirt?

He’s gorgeous – does he have a name? He looks terribly well looked after for a bear of that great age – my poor Edward looks like a battle-scarred warrior. A yellow and white battle-scarred warrior. There’s something very special about teddies, especially ones we grew up with…

      • 139 Professor VJ Duke February 12, 2015 at 21:40

I will! And I’ll take photos of it. All day!

*laughs* That sounds BUS-like to me! Are you sure it’s the pants? I mean…couldn’t it be something else?

Kody! He certainly is. See, I don’t think he was given to me lots…which explains things. I was a mean baby, you should know. Very mean. He probably wouldn’t have survived. *laughs* Edward is such a great name. So royal sounding!

      • 140 FictionFan February 13, 2015 at 16:23

Don’t you compare me to BUS, sir!! *thoughtful face* Hmm… a valid point! Given the Professorial c&a&f-ness I suppose it’s not unlikely that women find him irresistible. This could be a problem…

Kody’s a great name! Suits him! I bet you were, my little warriorbabe! *imagines BabyProf kicking and giggling again – and laughs helplessly* Scarily mean!!

      • 141 Professor VJ Duke February 13, 2015 at 19:33

I didn’t! You…maybe probably did…maybe. And there’s nothing that can be done about the problem, see, if it is as you say. Of course, I could get a wig or something. And a fake nose.

*squinty eyes* Warriorbabe just sounds all wrong. Very all wrong! *shudders* Let’s not imagine that. Remember, you dislike babies.

      • 142 FictionFan February 13, 2015 at 23:31

That’s so true, honeypot! Sadly I susect whatever you do will just make you even cuter…it’s a real problem. Perhaps you should just stay away from women altogether!! Yes, that’s it!

*chuckles and giggles but tries not to* Oddly enough, the image of the Professorial warriorbabe is winning me over… I’m so sorry!

      • 143 Professor VJ Duke February 14, 2015 at 18:18

Honeypot?! *holds ears* I didn’t hear that. I agree about that! *laughs* Girls are trouble…even you know it!

*mouth drops open* Look, FEF, a moth!!!

      • 144 FictionFan February 14, 2015 at 22:47

They are, honeybee, they are! Except me…

*laughs and laughs* I’m sorry – I’ll try to erase the image from my mind… but it will be hard…

      • 145 Professor VJ Duke February 16, 2015 at 13:45

*squinty eyes and crooked jaw–it’s a mean look* Honeybee might be better. Since they can sting.

I’m beginning to think you don’t forget anything!

      • 146 FictionFan February 16, 2015 at 19:29

*laughs in terror* Yes, they’re brutal beasts! That’s why they remind me of you!

        Only the important stuff…

      • 147 Professor VJ Duke February 16, 2015 at 22:16

Laughs in terror…I’ve got to think about that one, you know. Really think about it.

I suppose I should be honored.

      • 148 FictionFan February 17, 2015 at 16:50

        Well…?

*laughs* I didn’t mean it quite as rudely as it sounded. You are both important and unforgettable, sweetie pumpkin pie!!!

      • 149 Professor VJ Duke February 17, 2015 at 21:20

Well, I suppose it’s okay. But maybe bald-faced hornet would be a better name than honeybee.

Huff-Hum and a roar to you, madam. I’m quite forgettable.

      • 150 FictionFan February 18, 2015 at 16:06

Hmm…yes! Especially since bald-faced hornets simply couldn’t ever have an Edelman!

As Commander Data would say – my mental pathways have become accustomed to your sensory input patterns…

      • 151 Professor VJ Duke February 19, 2015 at 00:14

Ohhhh…maybe I should be a robber fly, then. They have beards!

Aw! You know, we didn’t even know each other 3 years ago. Funny. But it’s true.

      • 152 FictionFan February 19, 2015 at 17:53

Euwww! Even Edelman’s prettier than them! (*thinks about Kenny G and decides to say nothing*)

I know! You’re a great argument for the benefits of the internet, you know, you know…

      • 153 Professor VJ Duke February 20, 2015 at 02:22

*mouth drops* You said he was yummy! Kenny!!!! How dare you. We should get his new album.

*blushes lots* As are you. It’s been awesome….
