NAME: The Veezler.

RESIDENCE: Unknown. He usually shows up where something wicked is happening.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: There is nothing too unusual about The Veezler’s appearance. He dresses in a long cloak, is very pale (some say he paints his face white), and has long stringy hair.

The opposite of cute, I’d say.

ABOUT: The Veezler lives apart from society, yet he is very interested and shocked by society.

His whole mission is to show the Punchy Landers how dreadfully wicked it is, and that it should just embrace its wicked nature.

Mr. Magi has said, “The Veezler must be shunned. What has driven him to his current state is unknown—his story changes every time he tells it.”

GREATEST FRIEND: He (or she) doesn’t exist. “It” might, though.

GREATEST FOE: The Punchy Lands.

DESCRIPTION IN THREE WORDS: Bad news, yes.

QUOTES: You don’t even understand what has driven me to this state!

Feature-creep, as Coruscantbookshelf would say. :-P

    • 2 Professor VJ Duke April 25, 2014 at 12:50

      Now who is that?

      • 3 erinkenobi2893 April 25, 2014 at 16:33

The other girl, with herself (the face blocked out) wearing Jedi robes as her avatar, who comments on my blog.

      • 4 Professor VJ Duke April 25, 2014 at 18:25

Oh yes, I know her! I think she likes the word ‘dadblameit’.

      • 5 erinkenobi2893 April 25, 2014 at 23:04

        Yup. That’s her, methinks. :-P

      • 6 Professor VJ Duke April 26, 2014 at 16:08

She’s a nice lady. What color does she have?

      • 7 erinkenobi2893 April 26, 2014 at 17:19

Currently… violet, I think. She hasn’t built her own lightsaber yet, or so I’m told… she’s off with Obi-Wan, trying to build one.

      • 8 Professor VJ Duke April 27, 2014 at 18:53

Tell her the professor thinks she needs a red one.

      • 9 erinkenobi2893 April 27, 2014 at 19:59

I can’t tell her that! She’d put ants in my bed, or something!

      • 10 Professor VJ Duke April 28, 2014 at 14:44

Well, tell her I said it, then. (Ants in the bed would be coolio!)

      • 11 erinkenobi2893 April 28, 2014 at 22:14

        Hmmm… (You think?! 0_0)

      • 12 Professor VJ Duke April 29, 2014 at 17:29

(I try too all the time, but I fail)

      • 13 erinkenobi2893 April 29, 2014 at 17:32

(Ants in the bed are worse than failure. :-P )

      • 14 Professor VJ Duke April 29, 2014 at 17:59

        Fire ants, yes.

      • 15 erinkenobi2893 April 29, 2014 at 18:00

        Indeed.

      • 16 Professor VJ Duke April 29, 2014 at 18:06

        Horrid things.

      • 17 erinkenobi2893 April 30, 2014 at 14:10

Very much so. But ticks are scarier.

      • 18 Professor VJ Duke April 30, 2014 at 16:10

        Yeah, I hate them too.

      • 19 erinkenobi2893 May 1, 2014 at 14:39

*shudders* They’re the only bad part of campouts, besides wasps and mosquitoes.

      • 20 Professor VJ Duke May 1, 2014 at 20:04

        I hate wasps! Yucketh!

      • 21 erinkenobi2893 May 2, 2014 at 12:52

Use Sith lightning on them!!!! >:-D

      • 22 Professor VJ Duke May 2, 2014 at 13:08

        That would be so fun!

      • 23 erinkenobi2893 May 2, 2014 at 13:20

        >:-D YES!!!! >:-D

      • 24 Professor VJ Duke May 2, 2014 at 20:47

        Hahaha!

      • 25 erinkenobi2893 May 3, 2014 at 19:37

Can you imagine all the wasps sparking and crackling as they catch fire?! *grins madly*

      • 26 Professor VJ Duke May 5, 2014 at 12:37

I can! And I hear some screams.

      • 27 erinkenobi2893 May 5, 2014 at 14:42

        Wasps can’t scream….?

      • 28 Professor VJ Duke May 5, 2014 at 18:02

        Oh yes they can!

      • 29 erinkenobi2893 May 5, 2014 at 23:30

        0_0 that’s creepy…
Professor, I was wondering if you’d please review the dadblamery in this draft… just to give you an idea of what goes on in the mind palace. ;-)

      • 30 Professor VJ Duke May 5, 2014 at 23:37

I shall give it a look!

      • 31 erinkenobi2893 May 6, 2014 at 00:13

        Thanks :-D

      • 32 Professor VJ Duke May 6, 2014 at 12:49

        *smiles bigly*

      • 33 erinkenobi2893 May 6, 2014 at 13:18

I love my mind palace, but when I tell my dad about comings and goings therein, he looks at me like I’m weird. And I think I got my sense of humor from him too… *scratches head* Or is this just me? I’m confuzzled.

      • 34 Professor VJ Duke May 6, 2014 at 15:46

You know, when I first started putting the PL public (it’s almost as old as me) I got the same reaction from some family members! But they’ve come to like it a little bits, I think.

      • 35 erinkenobi2893 May 6, 2014 at 18:06

        That’s good. :-) I’m glad it became public–I think it’s great.

      • 36 Professor VJ Duke May 6, 2014 at 23:04

Erin–that means so much to me! Thanks.

      • 37 erinkenobi2893 May 7, 2014 at 12:41

        :-)

  2. 38 walt walker February 6, 2014 at 02:34

I would like to have coffee with this The Veezler fellow. He seems to be my sort of fellow.

    • 39 Professor VJ Duke February 6, 2014 at 14:02

 Why is this, Mr. Walker?

      • 40 walt walker February 7, 2014 at 00:01

Because I too am interested in yet shocked by society and no one understands what has driven me to my current state. We’re simpatico, old sport.

      • 41 Professor VJ Duke February 7, 2014 at 01:32

 Old sport! I like that. Don’t you think that’s a great name for the professor?

I see. Well, what has shocked you about society–the most?

      • 42 walt walker February 7, 2014 at 01:49

I will trade you Old Sport for Smiles Riot if you like. I mean just the name of course. You’ll just have to call him something else. Steve, perhaps.

      • 43 Professor VJ Duke February 7, 2014 at 01:53

But wouldn’t that be bad for Mr. Riot? I mean, isn’t Steve just a little big less…imaginative?

      • 44 walt walker February 7, 2014 at 01:59

Oh dear, PVJ. I hope no Steves are reading. Their feelings might be hurt.

      • 45 Professor VJ Duke February 7, 2014 at 15:55

Oh dear! Tell them I didn’t mean it! (Smiles is a good first name, though.)

  3. 46 FictionFan January 27, 2014 at 14:32

The opposite of cute? How cruel! Bet he’s lovely really…and the Professor is just jealous…

    • 47 Professor VJ Duke January 27, 2014 at 18:02

Well, if you find that sort of person cute…which perhaps you do.

      • 48 FictionFan January 27, 2014 at 18:46

Perhaps…but not as cute as Schwartzy – or Mic.

      • 49 Professor VJ Duke January 27, 2014 at 20:11

        I try to understand.

      • 50 FictionFan January 27, 2014 at 22:58

:D You would understand if you were a girl…

      • 51 Professor VJ Duke January 28, 2014 at 14:21

        The professor understands all!

  4. 52 Susan P January 26, 2014 at 22:07

This comment for the bios of all of the PLers: The details and imagination that goes into this is beyond belief in detail and delight.

    • 53 Professor VJ Duke January 27, 2014 at 13:59

Susan, that comment really gave me all the energy I need for the next million weeks. Thank you.

      • 54 Susan P January 27, 2014 at 14:14

:D ‘Twas just the first response to the awesome of all of it.

      • 55 Professor VJ Duke January 27, 2014 at 14:22

:D :D The professor is overwhelmed.

      • 56 Susan P January 27, 2014 at 17:11

        Better than underwhelmed. *blink*

      • 57 Professor VJ Duke January 27, 2014 at 18:09

        It sure is!

      • 58 Susan P January 27, 2014 at 18:56

        :D
